Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days. Orders over Rs.2,000 ship free; below that, delivery is Rs.200.
You'll get a WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your parcel is dispatched, and the courier will call before delivery.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available nationwide — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. If you'd prefer to pay in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your order.
Exchanges
If a blister is unopened, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery for a different shade or power. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Opened lenses can't be exchanged. This isn't a policy we enjoy, but a lens that has touched an eye can't safely go to anyone else. It's why we photograph every shade on three different eye colours — so you can decide before the blister is open.
If something arrives wrong
Wrong shade, wrong power, or a damaged blister — that's on us. Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship the correct pair at our cost.
Cancelling an order
Message us before your order is dispatched and we'll cancel it, no questions asked. Once it's with the courier we can't recall it, but you can simply decline the parcel at the door.

WhatsApp is fastest. We reply between 10am and 10pm, seven days a week.
